Presented with the challenge to help reinvigorate the social media landscape of our company, myself and two coworkers have come together to head our social media department. Creating a structured “Brand Identity” plan of our company was paramount in understanding the direction we wanted to move forward with for our social media strategy . Identifying company strengths and weaknesses, company culture, and brand image were all factors that were examined and incorporated into our brand initiative.
Since our relaunch, we have produced content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook). Promoting our company blogs written by senior staff members, market research tips #MRM (“Market Research Monday”), and company festivities and holidays, linking viewers back to our redesigned company website.
